Not PDF. Not Word. HTML. The same language that powers every website on earth. When a contract is in HTML, every clause carries its identity. AI can search it, extract from it, monitor it, and reason about it. The contract stops being a dead file and becomes a living, structured, machine-readable document. That discovery became Pactum.
